1. Introduction and Acceptance

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

We strive to process deposits as quickly as possible. Bank transfers to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are generally instant. Deposits made outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. jos88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative account registered in your legal name. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50,000. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional verification unless suspicious activity is detected.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times and Limits

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours, subject to successful verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or if additional documentation is required. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month. Higher limits may be available for VIP members. We reserve the right to process large withdrawals in multiple installments.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on jos88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Your account balance, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction history are displayed in IDR. We do not support multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

4.3 Maximum Bet Limits with Active Bonuses

When playing with an active bonus, you are subject to maximum bet limits typically set at Rp 25,000 per spin/hand/bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings. These limits apply until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

4.4 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Money laundering or using jos88 for any illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after receiving funds

6. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use if you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be permanently closed.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

jos88 strives to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. In the event of technical issues affecting game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jos88's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount deposited in your account during the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds, uncompleted wagering requirements, and promotional balances will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at jos88's sole discretion.

11. Amendments to Terms

jos88 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of jos88 services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
